
The Full Story
How I came to this work.
It started with pain. In 2017, a jet-ski accident left me with an injury that didn't go away for years. I tried what most of us try first — the doctors, the painkillers, the waiting for it to fix itself. None of it worked. Yoga did. Slowly, and not in the way I expected.
What started as physical practice became something else. The body led, but it kept leading me to questions I hadn't realized I was avoiding — about how I was holding myself together, who I had been performing for, what I actually wanted underneath the version of my life I'd been building. Over the next decade, three of them spent teaching, the practice deepened in ways I genuinely did not predict.
Then in 2022, the war began. I left Ukraine and came to the U.S. — not just relocating, but starting over. Yoga and mindfulness became the things that held me together when nothing else could. I rebuilt the inner life and the outer life at the same time. That's when The Glow Method began — not as a brand idea, but as the actual map I used to find my way back to myself.
Today I work with women who are quietly carrying more than they're letting on. Women who are tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. Women who suspect there's a pattern underneath their decisions and are ready to name it — gently, in their own time, with someone who isn't going to rush them.

My approach is simple. I help you get out of your head and into your body, so you can see your patterns clearly and actually do something about them.
I use yoga, somatics, breathwork, and my signature Glow Sessions to do this.
I’m not going to tell you what to do with your life.
I’m going to help you figure that out for yourself.

My mission is to guide, to ask the hard questions, to give you honest and unbiased feedback, and to hold space while you do the real work.
Because the truth is: nobody can do this for you.
