The Glow Method walks the path with you. If you know yourself well enough to know that clarity alone isn’t enough, that you need structure, accountability, and someone honestly checking in on you — this program was built for you.

Before We Begin

We start with a short intake — by message, voice note, or call (your choice). I read everything you send and come prepared.

By the time we begin Week 1, I already know your story.
The Method is intentional work, and the right fit matters.

Where are you really?

We get honest. Not where you think you should be — where you actually are.

Through a guided reflection and a slow body-and-breath check-in, we identify your real starting point and set a clear intention for
our 5 weeks.

You'll leave this week grounded, clear, and knowing exactly what we're working toward.

WEEK 2

Pattern Reveal
(Full Glow Session)

This is your deep-dive week. A full 2-hour Glow Session, adapted from an Eastern wisdom tradition, using a structured mapping
process.

We uncover the core pattern that's been running your life — the thing underneath the thing.

Most clients have their biggest "ohhhh" moment here. It's intense, but it's the turning point.

Feel It, Move
Through It

Now we process what came up — through the body, not just the mind.

I design personalized yoga sequences, breathwork practices, and guided body work to help you release what you've been holding.

This is where the body work meets the mind work. Most clients say this is the week everything clicks into place.

Integration + What You Keep Forever

We check in on what's shifted, what's sticking, and what still needs attention.

I give you a personalized maintenance kit: a yoga and breathwork practice built for your body, reflection prompts that meet you where you are. You leave with a written file of what surfaced — patterns, insights, and recommendations you can keep forever.
